Care at home

Companion care

Warm conversation, shared activities, and practical support that make days feel connected.

Company that lifts the whole week

Isolation affects health as much as any diagnosis. Companion caregivers visit for conversation, card games and puzzles, reading together, gardening, baking, looking through old photographs, or a walk around the neighbourhood.

They also help with the social errands that keep life normal, such as attending a place of worship, visiting friends, video calling relatives overseas, or getting to a community centre programme. We match caregivers on shared interests and language wherever we can.

Support may include

  • Conversation and social connection
  • Hobbies, games, and shared activities
  • Walks and outings in the community
  • Appointment accompaniment

What families can expect

How companion care begins

01

Matched on interests

We ask about hobbies, faith, and language so visits feel like time with a friend, not a shift.

02

Family stays informed

Relatives receive updates on mood, appetite, and social engagement after visits.

A thoughtful first step

Let’s talk about the care that would feel right.
