Care at home
Personal care
Respectful help with personal routines, always delivered with privacy, patience, and dignity.

Private routines handled with dignity
Personal care covers the tasks people would rather do alone but no longer can manage safely. Bathing and showering, hair and nail grooming, shaving, oral care, skin care, dressing, and continence support are all delivered at the client's pace.
Caregivers are trained to protect modesty at every step, to ask before they act, and to hand back as much of the task as the client can still do. For clients living with dementia, we use familiar cues and calm repetition to reduce distress around bathing and dressing.
Support may include
- Bathing, showering, and grooming
- Dressing and undressing assistance
- Continence and hygiene support
- Oral, skin, and nail care
What families can expect
How personal care begins
01
Preferences on record
Bath times, water temperature, products, and privacy boundaries are noted so every caregiver follows them.
02
Skin and comfort checks
Caregivers watch for pressure areas, rashes, and swelling and report anything new the same day.
A thoughtful first step
